Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from Eyewear2u, immediately return the item to our online store by following the Return Rules and Restrictions Instructions. You will receive email notifications when we have processed your return and issued credit.
To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder a new item for you, so this action must be taken on your part.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Instructions

The packing slip in your package will contain instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:
  1. Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).
  2. Enclose a copy of your receipt, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item if you do not have the original receipt.
  3. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure a full credit. Lenses & frames must be scratch free in order to have refunds applied. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.  For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  5. Product defects are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and are to be returned directly the manufacturer for replacement.  ship the return package to:

Certain manufacturers process repairs and warranty defects directly. Dealing directly with the manufacturer can be convenient and save you time and money. Please identify your product from the list below to determine the appropriate manufacturer to return your product to.

IMPORTANT: There is no scratch warranty on sunglasses!

Return Rules and Restrictions

  • Returns must be must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • When shipping a return, you must include the shipping form portion of the original packing list. Be certain to save copies for your records.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Sale items may not be returned for credit or exchange.
  • We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
  • In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • Items purchased at another retail location or online retailer may not be returned to our online store.

Non-Defective Product Returns

Within 14 days of shipping date, if you wish to return a non-defective item for credit and do not wish to exchange, a 15% restocking fee will apply. After 14 days, the product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Credits may take up to 7 days to show up in your account after they are received by Eyewear2u’s Returns Dept. and depending on your bank.

Should it be necessary to return new and unused* product without an exchange please make note of the following:
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, instruction booklets and demo lenses if applicable.
  • Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by either calling 1-800-398-9577 or emailing us at cs@eyewear2u.com.

*New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags or the case. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of Eyewear2u receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
