Shopping Cart
When you are shopping on eyewear2u.com and add an item, it is saved in Shopping Cart. Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a Shopping Cart in a retail store. Items you place in Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed. If you leave the site without establishing an Eyewear2u account, all items in the Shopping Cart will be removed after seven days.
Options in Shopping Cart:
- To update quantity: Simply click into the Qty input box and enter the quantity you wish to purchase and then click "Update Cart" button.
- To remove an item from your My Cart: Just click on the “Remove” check box or change the quantity to zero and click "Update" button.
- To return to shopping: Click on the "Continue Shopping" link to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Cart icon on the upper right hand side of the screen.

Important Information About Payment
- For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
- We are only able to accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. bank.
Redeeming Promotion and Discount Codes
- Select your shipping & payment methods
- In the “Payment & Shipping Information” section of the Payment page enter the code exactly as it appears, in the field provided. Remember: Codes are case sensitive.
- Click "Continue." If the code qualifies for a discount, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Discount code per order can be accepted.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
Eyewear2u.com’s system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. After you have clicked "Place Order," your order is processed immediately. Any changes or cancellations of your order will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Backorder Notice
This type of email informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an email with your order number. Please keep this email for your records.
Shipment Confirmation
This email confirms that your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected and your shipping location.
Important notice about your order
There are a number of reasons that you might receive this type of email, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, a duplicate order, cancellation of your order. If you receive a notice like this, please email our Customer Care Specialist immediately at cs@eyewear2u.com so the problem can be addressed.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is assigned to your order once it has been processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking number. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. So, even though your package has already shipped and is on its way to you, the shipper may not be able to provide any information about your package for 48 hours or more.
Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find:
- Sign in to your Eyewear2u account at www.eyewear2u.com/user/login and login into your account. You will see you order status under orders.
- Check your email. Your order information contains an email address. You will receive emails at that address which will keep you up-to-date about the status of your order.

Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are: • Item(s) are not available. • Difficulty in processing your payment information. • Cannot ship to address provided. • A duplicate order was placed. If your order is canceled, you will receive an “Important Notice” via email regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.
SALES TAX
STATE LAWS REQUIRE THAT WE CHARGE APPLICABLE SALES TAX ON ORDERS SHIPPED TO ADDRESSES IN THE STATE OF NEVADA. ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE NEVADA ARE NOT SUBJECT TO SALES TAX.
